This 1980’s Inspired abstract painting by Alexander Paige was produced with viscous acrylic house paint & pastel. This particular painting expresses the “fun” & “vibrance” of the 1980’s through the color palette which is inspired by hit 1980’s movie “Weekend at Bernie’s.” This painting has gone through some changes over the years and originally had stock symbols artist Alexander Paige was trading while working as in intern at brokerage firm Presidential Brokerage while in college. This painting was painting was produced outdoors in the sun after surfing in the summer of 2001.
