ALEXANDER PAIGE – 2023 Pencil Drawing “Painting Studio”
This comical linear self-portrait pencil drawing shows the painter in his La Jolla 2020 Studio depicted in movement almost dancing to the production of artwork. Summer 2020 Alexander Paige listened to Little Peep & Ray Charles painting 180 paintings containing broken mirrors in a matter of four months. The distinct pencil line quality in quick carefree style of production by Alexander Paige on paper while in complete solitude in 2023.
