ALEXANDER PAIGE – 2020 La Jolla Studio “Pacha”
This unique vibrant abstract academic portrait transfer painting of “Pacha” red lips kissing red cherries was produced with a cut out colored poster, acrylic house paint & oil paint. “Pacha” is full of sexual energy as a tribute of portrait transfer inspired by Andy Warhola & in the summer of 2020. This painting is produced on a canvas with spattered green paint by friend and first girlfriend Teale Reynolds who spent a day in studio in 2020 with Alexander Paige. This image is a reference to world class Nightclub “Pacha” in New York & Ibiza. Pacha emerged as one of the gems of the collection & is in the possession of the artist in Southern California.
