This devastatingly sad image of a woman falling into the abyss is a reflection of the downturn the artists life went through due to bad choices and life circumstance. The simplicity of form of the woman is met with the dichotomy and presence of pure color in an explosion of life. The artist celebrates his own voice and produces the image as an outlet to artist’s subconscious as through personal introspection and consistent self-development and awareness. Alexander Paige expresses his own gratitude for living and the ability to experience sunlight, draw with color, have conversation and a general appreciation for life as a whole.
