ALEXANDER PAIGE – 2022 Color Ink & Pastel Drawing “Bull Riders”
This loose abstracted Pablo Picasso Franz Klein inspired drawing is full of life and a personal favorite of the artist. The playful image ignores the typical structure as certain objects are upside down. Alexander Paige deliberate and calligraphic line quality is met with the dichotomy and presence of pure color in an explosion of life. The artist celebrates his own voice and produces the image as an outlet to artist’s subconscious as through personal introspection and consistent self-development and awareness. Alexander Paige expresses his own gratitude for living and the ability to experience sunlight, draw with color, have conversation and a general appreciation for life as a whole.
