Black & White

The works in the “Black & White” collection spanned as early as 2006 – 2008 as well as 2022 & feature drawings as well as lithographic prints in Black & White. This collection of works which are black & white drawn images produced primarily on paper & are the earliest collection of the artist Alexander Paige’s cosmopolitan minimal drawing style. 2001-2006 & feature New York City metropolitan cocktail hour settings & the celebration of the female form. Alexander Paige was inspired & influenced by quick fast minimal drawings which lean toward a celebration of excess & life in the big city at this time & this collection clearly reflects this metropolitan sentiment.
