This abstract academic portrait transfer painting of Frank Sinatra was produced with acrylic house paint, pastels & fragmented mirrors. This particular painting takes on an aspect of “Time & Time itself” dealing with the turmoil of the passing of two friends in a quick time, the artist finds himself & produces Time Magazine as an indirect self portrait of his own shattered self. This abstract painting of Frank Sinatra contains fragmented painted glass & broken mirrors. Alexander Paige isolated himself in the summer of 2020 in the infamous La Jolla Studio dealing with his own inner turmoil. “Time Magazine” emerged as one of the gems of the collection & is in the possession of the artist in Southern California.
