ALEXANDER PAIGE – 2022 Color Ink & Pastel Drawing “Raw Color”
This expressive image of a woman emerging amongst blast of color tells the story of the process of life and commitment to excellence. The image portrayed emerging from the light is displayed in the simplicity of shape of the female form and is met with the dichotomy and presence of pure color in an explosion of life. The artist celebrates his own voice and produces the image as an outlet to artist’s subconscious as through personal introspection and consistent self-development and awareness. Alexander Paige expresses his own gratitude for living and the ability to experience sunlight, draw with color, have conversation and a general appreciation for life as a whole.
