ALEXANDER PAIGE – 2008 Black & White Ink Drawing “Point & Figure”
This abstract academic stylized drawing is once again of a high society cosmopolitan aristocratic theme. The images of men and women together in a stylized setting are adjoined and interwoven with X’s & O’s which is influenced by one of the oldest technical chart analyses in research of the capital markets called point & figure charting. “Point & Figure” was produced inside of a stock brokerage firm the artist interned with in Southern California called Presidential Brokerage.
